Submit either any single routine video from a competition OR even a routine video from practice! *Please keep in mind that solutions are NOT drills. They are my own personalized notes on the most effective way that your gymnast can raise her score & master each deducted skill within the routine. *I will also end each evaluated event with a generalized summary of my thoughts regarding how to improve the routine If you’re a competitive gymnastics parent or coach, you have witnessed the nerves and frustration that come from a gymnast struggling on a specific event or competition performance in general; because let’s face it, no gymnast is perfect on every single event or at every competition.
