Choose receive a Submit 5 skill videos from practice and have a certified USAG NAWJG Judge give a brief breakdown of your gymnast's main corrections on each skill & 3 drills for each skill that they can do in practice or even at home to improve! Youtube links of drills & explanation will also be provided! Please specify if you’d like at home drills or in practice drills. You can mix & match as well. For Example: gymnast is struggling with her cast handstand on bars - you can choose 1 @ home drill & 2 in practice drills. You can even choose 3 at home drills & no in practice drills.
