Submit either any four routine videos from competition (they can even all be the same event, but different competitions OR even routine videos from practice! Feel free to mix and match! Just choose four routines total & upload them *Please keep in mind that solutions are NOT drills. They are my own personalized notes on the most effective way that your gymnast can raise her score & master each deducted skill within the routine. *I will also end each evaluated event with a generalized summary of my thoughts regarding how to improve the routine If you’re a competitive gymnastics parent or coach, you have witnessed the nerves and frustration that come from a gymnast struggling on a specific event or competition performance in general; because let’s face it, no gymnast is perfect on every single event or at every competition.
